In order to ensure item availability and timely delivery, please order tradeshow/event branding items (ex. banners, tablecloths) at least 2 weeks before your need-by date.

Please take into account when ordering:

  • Guidelines provided by the event / conference organizers (ex. delivery window for when shipments can be received)
  • The AXIS Marketing Store ships items within 48 hours of processing
  • All items will be shipped with a return label enclosed, and the AXIS colleague on site will be responsible for packing the items and arranging for the return shipment
  • Please arrange for return shipment as soon as the event is over to ensure inventory is restocked in a timely manner

Expedited shipping options are available when needed. Return shipping costs will be charged at carrier pricing to the card on file once the item is scanned for shipment – please note this cost will not be included in the checkout total.*
